Every eligible Maison Cervin watch winder is covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of delivery. If something is not right with the craftsmanship or function of your winder, we will make it right.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect the function or structural integrity of the winder, present under normal use conditions.

What is not covered

The warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and aging of materials
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect function
• Damage caused by improper storage or handling

How to make a claim

Contact us at support@maisoncervin.us with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or video if relevant

We will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Our goal is a straightforward resolution — no unnecessary back-and-forth.
