We stand behind what we make.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage may not be eligible for return. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
How to begin a return
1. Contact us
Email support@maisoncervin.us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
2. Ship the item back
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Refund
Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
